If you have a Delaware County Dog Tag from the year 2024, please use the form below to find your information. If you own more than one dog you only need to enter one tag number.

If Delaware County mailed you an Application Form, you may also enter your Owner Identification Number. You can find this number directly below the Bar Code on your Application Form.

Credit card payments are processed through Official Payments, a third party vendor. Official Payments charges a convenience fee for utilizing their credit card processing services. This fee is based on the total purchase price. This fee is not collected by or paid to Delaware County.
