You may search for your property or properties using any one of the following three search criteria.

1. Parcel #.

If you know the parcel number of your property (located in the top right hand corner of your tax bill), you may enter the parcel number with or without hyphens. Hit SEARCH. When the desired parcel appears, you may check the box named SELECT and proceed to ADD TO CART. After reviewing the contents of the cart, hit CONTINUE and proceed. This method will only allow you to select one parcel at a time.

2. Last Name.

If you know the last name of the property owner, enter as many letters of the last name as you wish. . Hit SEARCH. The display will include every parcel in Delaware County that matches your selection criteria. The more detailed, therefore, the fewer parcels will display. When the desired parcel or parcels appear(s), you may check the box(es) named SELECT and proceed to ADD TO CART. After reviewing the contents of the cart, hit CONTINUE and proceed. This method will allow you to select more than one parcel at a time if you own multiple properties.

3. Address.

If you know the address of the property, enter the street number as many letters of street name as you wish. Hit SEARCH. The display will include every parcel in Delaware County that matches your selection criteria. The more detailed, therefore, the fewer parcels will display. When the desired parcel or parcels appear(s), you may check the box(es) named SELECT and proceed to ADD TO CART. After reviewing the contents of the cart, hit CONTINUE and proceed.
