The public comment period has opened for the draft 2025-2029 Five-Year Consolidated Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Plan. It will run until January 14, 2026. Written comments regarding the draft CDBG plan will be accepted throughout this period and should be submitted to:

Additionally, the Delaware County Board of Commissioners has scheduled a public hearing to receive comments on the draft plan. The hearing will be held Monday, January 12, 2026, at 10 a.m. in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 91 N. Sandusky St., Delaware, Ohio.
