Roads and Bridges
The Delaware County Engineer’s Office has jurisdiction over all county-owned roads and bridges. It does not have jurisdiction over state or federal roadways like U.S. Route 23, U.S. Route 315 and U.S. Interstate 71. It also does not have jurisdiction over roadways within city or village limits.

Taxes
